EDUECE®
PsySoEd Dynamics, LLC's social-emotional learning product under development is called EDUECE®, which was conceived in 2005 and teaches social emotional learning through the vehicles of facial expression and storytelling/narrative (www.eduecegame.com).
EDUECE® meets the needs of learners who have facial expression recognition, communication, or emotional problems and provides them with a rich, multi-sensory intervention. In addition, as an assessment tool, EDUECE® gives professionals an improved decision making ability, a stronger mechanism for reaching out to students and uncovering strengths and struggles, and a greater ability to make a deep impact on students, both on an individual basis and as a group.
EDUECE® finds the balance of harnessing technology to assess student ability, while allowing students to interact with each other on a face to face basis, which improves their social skills.
